CAPUTO TRATTORIA
& CAPUTO PIZZERIA

Caputo Trattoria is a restaurant within Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT that specializes in coastal Italian fair. Caputo Pizzeria is the pizza-focused offshoot of the Trattoria, housed within Revolution Hall in Rosedale Center, Roseville, MN. I was asked to create a brand that brings together tradition and modern sophistication. I designed a brand that is timeless and elegant, combining the nostalgia of vintage Italian cookie packaging with crisp, clean lines that welcome a younger generation.
